El Museo de Conimbriga

El museo de Conimbriga esta dedicado exclusivamente a lo hallazgos encontrados en el lugar y fue creado en 1962.
Las colecciones son variadas e ilustran la evolucion histórica del lugar entre finales del segundo milenio antes de Cristo y el siglo VI de la era cristiana.

A Cidade dos Pequenitos es un parque en el centro de Coimbra donde se encuentran miniaturas de monumentos y edificaciones más importantes de Portugal,

así como las miniaturas de los distintos tipos de casas portuguesas y pabellones dedicados a las distintas colonias portuguesas.

Estas vacaciones de Semana Santa tuvimos unos días libres e hicimos un pequeño viaje a Coimbra (Portugal) una ciudad con cierto encanto, por una parte esta la zona antigua y monumental y por otra la zona moderna con grandes edificios y modernos centros comerciales.
De la parte antigua hemos visitado Conímbriga, los restos arqueológicos de una antigua ciudad romana, situada a 15km suroeste de Coimbra en el cerntro de Portugal.Hicimos una visita turística por toda la ciudad,visitando por supuesto, A Cidade dos Pequenitos y también el centro comercial Dolce Vita con un premio otorgado en 2006 al mejor centro comercial del mundo.

At Easter we had some days off and we travelled to Coimbra (Portugal) a charming city. On the one hand ,you can go to the old and monumental part of the city and on the other, you can visit the modern part with high buildings and modern shopping centers.
We visited the site of Conímbriga the archeological rests of and old roman city about 15km south-west of Coimbra in the centre of Portugal. We went sightseeing all through the city visiting, of course, A cidade dos Pequenitos and also the shopping center Dolce Vita which was awarded in 2006 as the best shopping center in the world.
